Yay, this summer wasn't as bad as I thought it would turn out after all. =]
I went to Florida, a concert, celebrated our bday and got to hang out with some friends.

In this entry I'll talk a bit about the Blink concert.
Well the line-up was: Chester French, Panic! at The Disco, Fall Out Boy & Blink-182.
What were my opinions on each band?

CHESTER FRENCH: sucked.

PANIC! AT THE DISCO: Wasn't bad =] Yay, Bden was on the playing the piano, so that especially caught my attention. What sucked is they didn't play 2 of my favorite songs, "Nails for Breakfast, Tacks for Snacks" & (IF I can remember I don't remember hearing "Build God, Then We'll Talk". Another thing that sucked was that since the news about Ryan & Jon leaving the band, they had replacements. STILL, they were just as good... but it's still not "Panic!" to me w/o them. I'm sure they'll still keep up the good work. Happens to a lot of bands.

FALL OUT BOY: Was my favorite performance! They did an awesome job playing, the scene was beautiful and they were very generous. I liked the fact that they were interacting with the band the most. Pete even gave away Patrick's pick, which he said "are very rare". XD He even got off stage to hi-five fans. Sucks that I was almost all the way in the back. Another cool thing about their performance were the guitars that lit up. I'd like one of those. ^^ In the end of their performance, Pete told the stage crew to throw a bucket of picks to everyone. I didn't see a bucket as he said, but the dude threw bunches of picks to the audience. The last song they performed was a cover of Journey's, "Don't Stop Believing" w/ Brendon on stage again!! Sucks that they didn't play one of my favorite songs by them, "The Take Over, The Break's Over", 'cause they let the audience choose the next song.

BLINK-182: Was awesome too! If I had to choose between Panic! and Blink on my second fav. performance, Blink wins this one. It took forever for the stage to be decorated, but it was totally worth the wait. =] I only knew 4 songs by them at the time, but I'm glad I got to hear their other songs. When I get an iTunes card, I'm buying a few of their other songs They weren't as perverted as Chester French, but they were great on stage. Some of their jokes were actually funny. What sucked the most was their last song. I MISSED THEIR LAST PERFORMANCE OF "Dammit"! It was only 'cause my dad said we should leave @ 11, 'cause it was going to rain and all. AW MAN. I wanted to hear that one. I searched up on Youtube that "Dammit" was their last song. =[ OH WELL. Still had an awesome time!
